Flush-mounted fire resistance doors for demanding applications
Available immediately through System Schröders licensees
Demanding construction projects place high demands on the performance of fire protection closures. For architects and planners, optical aspects also play an important role. The fire resistance door should fit functionally and visually into the overall project. At System Schröders, we rise to these high demands on technology and design every day anew.
System Schröders FLAT
Fire resistance doors System Schröders with the additional designation FLAT are our new development that continues to meet the demands of high-quality commercial construction for new solutions. They are characterised by the flush mounting of door leaf and frame, as often desired in modern buildings.
What is special about this new construction is that a disturbing view-through to the bolt and latch is not possible. This visual drawback is therefore no longer present on single- and double-leaf doors despite flush mounting on the hinge side. This results in a clear upgrade to the door design.
Naturally, these flush-mounted fire resistance doors also comply with the new European standard according to product standard EN 16034.
FLAT design for doors with different properties
The flush-mounted fire resistance doors System Schröders FLAT are fully integrated into the System Schröders ModulSystem. As usual, they can of course be supplemented with additional properties as needed, such as smoke control, sound insulation, airtightness or burglar resistance. This means that all doors from the System Schröders ModulSystem can also be supplied in a flush-mounted version.
For all System Schröders hinged doors
All protective doors with hinged leaves from the System Schröders ModulSystem are in principle also available as flush-mounted FLAT doors. The flush-mounted protective doors FLAT are also available in galvanized – as well as stainless steel versions. Likewise, the FLAT solution can also be applied to thick-rebate doors.
