Fire resistance and fire safety
System Schröders fire resistance doors make a crucial contribution to structural fire safety. This is because the Schröders ModulSystem enables fire-resistance doors to be custom-manufactured for almost any application. System Schröders smoke control doors further enhance passive fire protection in buildings.
Burglar resistance
Steel burglar resistance doors – up to resistance class 4 (RC4) – are further door designs within the System Schröders ModulSystem range. Of course, the performance characteristics can, in principle, be combined across all doors in the ModulSystem range. This is where System Schröders makes the difference.
System Schröders ModulSystem
System Schröders ModulSystem comprises single-leaf and double-leaf doors made of steel or stainless steel – optional available with glazing. Specifically, System Schröders ModulSystem offers the ideal security doors for the following requirements:
- fire resistance doors System-Schröders are tested according to EN 1634-1
- TSN hinged fire doors up to a size of 4,250 mm x 4,250 mm
- the first walk-on fire-ceiling-flap T90
- burglar resistance according to DIN ENV 1627–1630 (up to resistance class RC4), including for fire doors, smoke control doors and acoustic performance doors, and doors with increased airtightness
- acoustic performance according to EN 20140-3 (to RW,P = 53 (-1;-5) dB) including fire and smoke control doors
- installation of fire doors in cable bulkheads (Siemens/Schröders patent)
- installation in encased steel beams / columns
- all doors and gates are also available in stainless steel
