First smoke-protection sliding door in Germany

Schröders developed the first smoke-protection sliding steel door without fire protection, based on DIN 18095 part 3.

• Maximum permissible measures: 4.500mm x 7.000mm (w x h)
• Extremely smooth and stable door leaf made by gluing of the galvanized sheet steel with the special honeycomb-like filling
• Extremely lightweight - doorleaf weight about 20 kg/qm
• door leaf elements with flushing cover profile
• The four-sided sealing system is easily mountable and adjustable.

The System Schröders fire-protection sliding doors are also available as smoke-protection doors according to DIN 18095.

New smoke-protection hinged door - System Schröders RSN

By using a compound-system of sheet steel and our special door filling the weight per area of the doorleaves was reduced to about 20 kg/qm. These doors offer an extremely flat and hard surface. The "RSN" product line includes single- and double-leaf doors with measures of up to 4.250mm x 4.250 mm.

Fire-protection doors with certificate against burglary

The new product line of the fire-protection hinged doors System Schröders TSN has also been tested for burglary protection according to DIN ENV 1627-1630.
Single-leaf and double-leaf doors (T30 and T90) have been certified according to WK-1 and WK-2.
Single-leaf doors (T30) according to WK-4 are available.

Doors that protect against fire and burglary can additionally be offered with smoke-protection.
